Insane Obstacle Course

Just saw this video on youtube. Apparently, out of the hundreds that have tried, only two people have completed the whole Ninja Warrior course successfully. The guy is a 34 year old fisherman, pretty damn good.

I think I want one of these in my backyard.

Edit: Apparently spelling is a greater obstacle than I realized….

Things are going to look weird for a few days. Fixing up a new theme. Along with the new theme also comes an upgrade to wordpress 2.1.2. The site should be much faster now. I have a feeling this is partly due to the new theme, which has less fluff and partly due to the new version of WP which has a bunch of speedups.

Check out the latest Crysis footage. It really is amazing what they have gotten this engine to do. Perhaps a bit of a bummer that there are going to be games coming out that the current crop of consoles are not capable of running at full quality. Oh well, time to save my money.

I’ve moved the site back to its original location. I’ve set up work at creekjumpercreations.com Tell your friends. I’ve done this for two reasons: I liked actually getting 100s of hits a week on this site and I wanted the business site to have its own home.

P.S. I’ve been saying tell your friends a lot recently. I also may try to upgrade the site to wordpress 2.1, so things may break and I may have to fix them or just totally change everything again. Use your discretion on that one.

Check out this in game action of Crysis, no its not FarCry. Yes, you are in a jungle and you are fighting monsters, but I’m pretty sure I saw somebody knocking over a Humvee with his bare hands. Either way, its going to require Vista and a beefy PC. Unless your one of those people who think FPS on consoles are fun. Hmm, seems like Microsoft wins both ways.

The YouTube link is the fastest but the quality is not great, the other link is probably going to be slow but with higher quality.

Top Gear Crash

Check out this video from the great show Top Gear. The show went off the air for awhile as a result of the crash that nearly took the hosts life. The crash comes at the end, but the whole clip is worth a look. Turn the sound up when he starts the rocket for the first time, its well worth it.

Gears of War

I know some of you have been craving some info on the latest UT, however I think much of Epics time has been spent getting the Unreal engine humming on the XBox 360. While Gears of War is Xbox only for the time being, it does show off what the Unreal engine can do. Check it out.

Well, it’s back again. Best look yet, in my opinion and better features too. You can now get most of our larger movies through through iTunes and they will play on the video iPods.

I’ve not actually put up our information to the iTunes store, I have created a iTunes compatable RSS feed which gives the same features. Just click the link in the movies section and iTunes should do the rest. I’d added 102 and 103 to the feed and I’ll add the rest soon. Enjoy.
iTunes 7.0.1 is out. If you’ve not downloaded it, the interface is much improved.
